Surveys are completely confidential and answers are protected.
No individual survey answers are seen by anyone at your organisation, so employees can be assured that everyone has complete confidentiality.
Data Protection Agreement (DPA)
Each account is setup with a default level of minimum responses needed in order to show results. This level applies to any Insight screen within the application and data exports and it ensures that no individual respondents can be identified from their responses.
The default levels are:
- A minimum of 5 closed question responses;
- A minimum of 10 open (text) question responses.
We do not usually allow changes to these levels, but If your organization has some legitimate need for a different set of levels, we'd be happy to discuss further.
